Featuring a scale from 60–300g of carbs in 60g increments, this bottle simplifies carb intake monitoring. Its soft, squeezable body ensures maximum flow, while the removable lid allows for easy cleaning.

The PF 300 Flow Gel enables you to easily decant 300g of carb into a single bottle or flask. That's equivalent to 10 x PF 30 Gels or a little over 3 x PF 90 Gels.

 

It's been developed to flow more freely than Precision Fuel & Hydration's standard gels, so there's no need to add any water. Simply decant it into your bottle and sip on it as required to hit your numbers.
