Each bar provides 31g of carbohydrates in a proven 2:1 glucose to fructose ratio. This dual source carbohydrate blend supports higher carb absorption rates, helping endurance athletes reach up to 90g of carbs per hour when combined with other fuelling products. Each serves also contains 45mg sodium to assist hydration balance and is made with 40% almonds, naturally contributing magnesium, potassium and calcium. It's low fibre and fat content make it easy to digest during high intensity sessions.
