Each gel incorporates real fruit juices for all-natural flavourings that help support sensitive stomachs, while supplying 23-30g carbohydrates to power your next training session or race.
The difference between energy gels and fluid energy gels is the consistency. Traditional energy gels while more compact, typically require drinking fluids to help consume the gel as they may be quite thick and sticky. Fluid energy gels provide equal amounts of lasting energy (given the contents), but comes in a thin consistency similar to a drink so that it goes down much easier without the need for water.

Each Fluid Energy Gel provides 23-26g of carbohydrates (depending on flavour), with the exception of the newly anticipated gels now at 30g carbohydrates, to fuel the body with high-quality energy for running, cycling and any endurance efforts.

Maltodextrin, Filtered Water, Reconstituted Apple Juice (22%), Apple Puree (3%), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Mineral Salt (Sodium Citrate), Organic Cinnamon, Preservatives (Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate), Antioxidant (Ascorbic Acid).
ORANGE 30g
INGREDIENTS
Maltodextrin, Filtered Water, Reconstituted Orange Juice (19%), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Mineral Salt (Sodium Citrate), Preservatives (Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate), Antioxidant (Ascorbic Acid).
MANGO
INGREDIENTS:
Maltodextrin, Filtered Water, Reconstituted Mango Juice (13%), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Mineral Salt (Sodium Citrate), Preservatives (Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate), Antioxidant (Ascorbic Acid).
LEMON LIME
INGREDIENTS:
Maltodextrin, Filtered Water, Lemon Juice (5%), Lime Juice (3%), Organic Sugar, Mineral Salt (Sodium Citrate), Preservatives (Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate), Antioxidant (Ascorbic Acid).
PEACH

PINEAPPLE
HOW TO USE
Male
- Optional: 1 gel 20 min before exercise over 1 hour
- 1 gel (20-30g carbs) every 30-45 min during workouts >1 hr
- For long events (>2.5 hrs): 2-3 gels/hr
- Include sports hydration in total carb intake/hr
- Max caffeine: 400 mg/day
- Practice in training to reduce gut issues
- Take with around 300 ml of water
Female
- Optional: 1 gel 20 min before exercise over 1 hour
- 1 gel (20-30g carbs) every 30-60 min during workouts >1 hr
- Menstruating women in follicular phase: aim for every 30-45 min
- Over 2 gels/hr (>60g carbs) may cause gut discomfort
- Include sports hydration in total carb intake/hr
- Max caffeine: 400 mg/day
- Test in training to find your routine
- Take with around 300 ml of water
