The Carb & Electrolyte Drink Mix delivers 30g of carbs and 500mg of sodium per 500ml serve (60g carbs and 1000mg of sodium per litre) - a 6% carb concentration that makes it isotonic, meaning its particle concentration matches your blood's for efficient absorption, without slowing digestion or pulling fluid into your gut.

Carbs, However You Need Them.
Not every effort calls for the same carb hit, and not every athlete needs the same sodium alongside it. Precision Fuel & Hydration’s Carb Only and Carb & Electrolyte Drink Mix are both built on the same 2:1 glucose to fructose ratio, a blend shown to help the gut absorb carbohydrate faster, just split across two different ways of using it.
Carb Only is the adjustable option: add a scoop at a time to dial in anywhere up to 120g of carbohydrate per litre, with no electrolytes included, so sodium is handled separately through your own Precision Hydration tablets or capsules. Carb & Electrolyte does both in one mix, delivering a fixed, isotonic 30g of carbs and 500mg of sodium per 500ml, formulated to match your blood’s particle concentration so it absorbs quickly without the heaviness of a standard sports drink.
