PURE Recovery Shake contains a delicious blend of raw organic cacao powder and freeze-dried multi-flora manuka honey for a natural post-exercise drink with 20g of milk proteins per serve. Protein helps build and repair tissue, potassium aids the electrolyte balance, and magnesium alleviates tiredness and fatigue resulting from extended exercise.

DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix 1 (79g) sachet with 400 ml - 500 ml of water.
2. Shake well.
3. Consume within 2 hours of mixing, or up to 24 hours if refrigerated.
