Each capsule delivers 250mg of sodium and 40mg of caffeine, so you can dial in your intake hour by hour without mixing anything into your bottles. They suit long runs, triathlons and hot days in the saddle, where drinks alone can't keep up with salt losses.

Alongside 250mg of sodium, each capsule provides 54mg of potassium, 34.6mg of magnesium and 2.5mg of calcium, plus 2.5µg of vitamin D and 0.5mg of vitamin B6. The 40mg of caffeine per capsule is a modest dose that lets you build up gradually across a long event, reaching 200mg at the recommended maximum of five capsules a day. Take one 30 minutes before exercise, then one every 30 to 60 minutes during, each with at least 150ml of water.

Ingredients: Sodium chloride, magnesium salts of citric acid, potassium chloride, magnesium gluconate, glazing agent (hydroxypropylcellulose), caffeine, potassium citrate, calcium salts of citric acid, calcium gluconate, cholecalciferol (vitamin D), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).
Caution: Contains caffeine (40mg per capsule). Not recommended for children or pregnant women. Do not exceed 5 capsules per day.
