Each serving of 02 During Drink Mix delivers 45g of carbohydrates and 343mg of sodium in a optimised 2:1:1.5 ratio, blending multiple carbohydrate sources to maximise absorption through dual transport pathways. Designed for consistent intake, Victus 02 During Drink Mix supports energy & muscle function, helps maintain fluid balance, supporting the prevention of cramps, nausea, and dehydration related fatigue. Best mixed with 600–700ml of water for ideal hydration and electrolyte replenishment, especially in high-intensity or endurance settings.
