Each serve provides 45g of carbohydrates in an optimised 2:1:1.5 ratio from three different carb sources to maximise absorption. With 343mg sodium per serve, it helps maintain fluid balance, muscle function, and supports the prevention of cramps and fatigue. Best mixed with 600–700ml of water, it’s an ideal intra-workout option for high-intensity or endurance training.
