SUB9 Salts are the evolution of 226ERS's original Salts Electrolytes, designed for continuous intake during longer sessions. Sodium has been increased to 250mg per capsule and magnesium to 18mg, while potassium has been reduced to 54mg for a lower dose than the previous formula. Each capsule also provides 422mg of chloride, a small amount of calcium, and vitamins D and B6. Take one capsule 30 minutes before exercise, one every 30 to 60 minutes during, and one afterwards, always with at least a glass of water. Do not exceed 8 capsules per day.
