INGREDIENTS: Australian Quick Oats (55%), Plant Protein Blend (Pea Protein Isolate, Rice Protein), Cocoa Powder, Natural Flavour, Mct Powder Derived From Coconut, Maca Powder, Chia Seeds, Psyllium Husk, Natural Sweetener (Steviol Glycoside & Thaumatin), Himalayan Rock Salt.
Add 2 Levelled Scoops (70G) of Protein Oats to a bowl with 1/3 CUP (90ml) Water or Milk Microwave for 60-80 Sec, Stir and let Oats cool for 1-2mins.
