The Recovery Drink is a post-workout shake designed to support this process. It is formulated with amylopectin from potato starch and high-quality, concentrated whey protein, which comes exclusively from cows that are not treated with antibiotics or growth hormones. This ensures that the whey maintains its natural biological characteristics, providing all the essential amino acids needed for muscle growth. Each serving of Recovery Drink contains about 40% protein, equivalent to 20-22 grams, which helps preserve muscle mass and support bone health under normal conditions. The drink also offers an approximate 1:1 ratio of protein to carbohydrate, a balance that addresses the common tendency to consume carbohydrate-rich foods like fruit, oatmeal, or energy bars post-workout, while neglecting protein intake. This 1:1 ratio ensures adequate protein replenishment alongside carbohydrate recovery.

INGREDIENTS: Grass Fed whey protein concentrate (milk, soy lecithin), potato starch, fat reduced cocoa powder, creatine monohydrate, aroma, MCT (Medium Chain Triglyceride) powder, flaxseed (Linum usitatissimum, seed), thickeners (guar gum and xanthan gum), L-Arginine AKG, sodium chloride, sweetener (sucralose).

DIRECTIONS:
Dissolve 2 scoops (50g) of product in 500ml of water and shake. Consume 500ml up to 45 minutes after exercise. For a perfect dissolution it is recommended to add a part of water, the product and shake vigorously to finish filling the mixture with water.
