Each Sunday Salt Gel provides 24g of carbohydrates sourced from natural maple syrup powder, delivering a balanced glucose-to-fructose ratio designed to support efficient carbohydrate absorption. This helps endurance athletes maximise energy availability while reducing the risk of gastrointestinal discomfort.
Each gel also contains 380mg sodium, 190mg magnesium, and 70mg potassium to help replace key electrolytes lost through sweat. The added 50mg of caffeine gives you that extra boost to keep you powering on for longer.
