226ERS High Fructose Energy Gel delivers 55g of carbohydrates and 250mg of sodium per serve, using maltodextrin and fructose in a 10:8 ratio. Maltodextrin is rapidly absorbed, providing fast, high-GI energy and promoting quick gastric emptying to aid digestion. Fructose is absorbed more slowly via GLUT5 transporters and processed in the liver to replenish glycogen stores, offering a gradual, sustained energy release for longer-lasting fuel during intense exercise.
