Each bar provides 31.5g of carbohydrates from a combination of simple sugars, including glucose and fructose, plus complex carbohydrates. This two source carbohydrate blend helps your body absorb energy steadily, giving you a consistent fuel supply throughout endurance exercise. With 50mg of magnesium and 2mg of sodium per serve, it helps support normal energy production and muscle function. It also contains naturally occurring iron, which plays a key role in oxygen transport and overall performance.

Ingredients
OATmeal 51%, fructose-glucose syrup, coconut oil, coconut pieces, isomaltulose, sweetener (sorbitol), WHEAT germ, linseed, linseed oil, acidity regulator (citric acid), apple pectin, flavouring. May contain traces of milk, nuts, peanuts and eggs. Isomaltulose is a source of glucose and fructose.
Eat 1-3 bars per hour during exercise.
