Carbs Fuel energy gel contains 25 grams of carbohydrates, providing 100 calories and 65mg of sodium, all efficiently packed in a 37g packet. It is designed to be as simple as possible, allowing athletes to consume the carbohydrates they need with or without water. Gluten-free and plant-based, this gel contains only seven ingredients, 2:1 glucose-to-fructose carbohydrates, acidity regulators, and sodium, without any preservatives or gelling agents.
