Each 30g sachet delivers 24.1g of carbohydrates from raw Jarrah honey, a naturally low glycaemic index carbohydrate source, and 3 key electrolytes from sodium 150mg, potassium 75mg and magnesium 25mg to help support fluid balance and hydration. The honey provides an inherent 2:1 fructose to glucose ratio, supporting higher carbohydrate absorption rates and improved gut tolerance during prolonged endurance exercise. The low GI profile helps maintain steadier blood glucose levels, reducing sharp spikes and crashes.
