Why We Love It
SUPERnatural+ Rapid Electrolytes are built for the point in a session where your legs start arguing with you. The clean, lightly salted taste is light rather than syrupy, which makes it easy to keep drinking through a long set. It travels flat in a kit bag, a race vest pocket or a glovebox, so there's no excuse to turn up under-hydrated.
Talk Nerdy To Me
Most sports drinks only replace around 200 to 250mg of sodium per serve, while athletes can lose 800 to 1500mg an hour through sweat, so the gap never really closes. SUPERnatural+ closes it with 1000mg of sodium, 200mg of potassium and 60mg of magnesium in a single sachet, a formula the brand says is up to four times more effective at hydrating than a typical sports drink. The high sodium concentration drives water across the gut wall faster, pulling fluid into circulation where muscles and cells actually need it, rather than leaving it sitting in the stomach. Sodium keeps muscles firing and helps the body hold onto fluid, potassium supports muscle contraction and nerve signalling, and magnesium supports energy production and recovery between sessions.
