Equipped with 8 real-time swim metrics, these goggles monitor pace per 100 meters, stroke count, split times, and calories burned. Smart sensors use machine learning to automatically recognise stroke type, rest periods, and swim intensity, giving swimmers accurate insights lap after lap.

FORM’s premium subscription unlocks access to over 1,500 guided swim workouts and more than 45 expert-designed training plans. You can also upload your own training sessions using Script™, a tool that converts written or digital workouts into fully guided experiences. Completed swims sync automatically to the FORM Swim App via Bluetooth and can be shared to top fitness platforms including Strava, TrainingPeaks, Apple Health, TriDot, and Final Surge.

Ideal for open water swimmers, the premium feature of SwimStraight™ digital compass provides real-time directional guidance inside the lenses, helping you stay on course with greater confidence. When paired with a compatible Garmin or Apple Watch, the goggles display GPS-based metrics such as pace and distance right inside the goggle view.
