Tailwind Endurance Fuel uses a carbohydrate blend of dextrose and sucrose, simple sugars that the body can absorb quickly for immediate energy. It's designed to be calorically dense, providing athletes with a significant amount of energy in a relatively small serving. This is especially beneficial for endurance athletes who burn a high number of calories during long workouts or races. Each serving also provides key electrolytes including sodium, potassium, magnesium, and calcium to help replace what is lost through sweat and support fluid absorption.
